Acceptable Use Policy

Muse Image Generator is designed for lawful, brand-safe AI image creation. By using the service, you agree not to submit prompts, uploads, reference images, or generation requests that involve prohibited or restricted content.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Muse Image Generator to create, edit, or distribute:

• Adult, NSFW, nude, pornographic, erotic, or sexually suggestive content
• Face swaps, deepfakes, identity recreation, or other face-manipulation requests
• Content that impersonates a real person or uses a private person without permission
• Copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, broadcast graphics, or brand assets without authorization
• Illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or misleading content
• Regulated products or services, including weapons, illegal drugs, gambling, financial scams, counterfeit goods, or malware
• Content that violates third-party provider policies, payment processor rules, or applicable law

Reference Images

Only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Reference images may be used for broad composition, product shape, material texture, layout, or visual style. They may not be used to recreate a person's identity, perform face manipulation, or imitate protected brands.

Moderation

Prompts and generation requests may be screened before processing. We may block requests, suspend accounts, or remove access when a request appears to violate this policy.
